Please join us on Saturday, December 5th, for a year-end celebration of THE POWER OF TWO, a broadcast documentary (currently in production); an interactive web community; and, an international call-to-action around organ donation and transplantation, Cystic Fibrosis awareness, and related health causes. 

THE POWER OF TWO is already off to a fantastic start after just a few months!  Dozens of prominent Advisory Board members, non-profit Community Partners, and sponsors/donors have joined our effort. Our website, www.ThePowerOfTwoMovie.com, has already become an online destination for engagement with these critical causes.  And, our 10-city, 25-day tour of Japan in October 2009 engaged and inspired people around the world, featuring a growing slate of short videos, audio podcasts, photos and blog posts about the global cause of organ transplantation.

As we near the end of the calendar year, we need your financial support now in order to maximize the impact of THE POWER OF TWO.  Help us complete the first phase of production related to our tour of Japan, expand our online and offline community outreach efforts, and produce a trailer that can be used across a range of platforms to engage additional partners and sponsors as we proceed with our next phases of production.

You may purchase tickets or sponsor the event through this website (note: as Twin Triumph Productions, LLC ("TTP"), which is producing THE POWER OF TWO, is not itself a 501(c)(3) entity, PayPal contributions to TTP are NOT tax-deductible) or make a tax-deductible donation through our non-profit fiscal sponsors San Francisco Film Society or Center for Media Change.  You may also pay by check to "San Francisco Film Society" (memo: The Power of Two) at the door.

All attendees will receive limited edition "The Power of Two" Japan Tour 2009 t-shirts.  In addition, VIPs ($250), Supporter-Level Sponsors ($1,000), Friend-Level Sponsors ($5,000), and Host-Level Sponsors ($10,000) will also receive copies of the Stenzel Twins' memoir, "The Power of Two:  A Twin Triumph over Cystic Fibrosis."

SYNOPSIS: Spearheaded by Academy Award nominated producer Marc Smolowitz (The Weather Underground, Trembling Before G-D), THE POWER OF TWO will engage and inspire people around the world by conveying a fundamental truth:  There is a miracle in every breath.  Currently in production, THE POWER OF TWO is a feature-length, character-driven documentary with international implications about the importance of organ donation and transplantation. Told from the unique perspectives of Anabel and Isabel Stenzel – half-Japanese, identical twins who have endured a life long battle with the fatal genetic disease Cystic Fibrosis – it will offer a comprehensive portrait of their personal struggles, their survival through miraculous double lung transplants, and their emergence as global spokeswomen for this 21st century cause. The film has a targeted premiere date of January 2011.
